Students are able to send us their payment in 4 ways:
Venmo (mobile app)
Zelle (mobile app)
Cashapp (mobile app, as of September 2023, we have disabled this option)
The student support specialist can verify that their payment was received when we get a confirmation email to email@example.com.
For Cashapp payments, we'll need to manually confirm with Danny.
In case we don't see any confirmation email from a student and yet the student claims he's already sent it, we typically ask for the screenshot of the successful transfer so we can verify the transaction by checking the email again, or asking Danny.
