Scheduling reports in Zoho CRM

The support specialist can automatically send reports to instructors and other users by scheduling the desired reports daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. Once the Report scheduler is configured, specified reports will be delivered to the recipients as an email attachment (XLS format).

  1. Click the Reports module.

  2. On the Scheduled Reports folder, click on the New Report Scheduler button.

  3. In the New Scheduled Reports page, under Basic Information do the following: Select a report. Select the report export method. Enter the Start date and time. Select Repeat Type. Choose the End time. In the Recipient Information, in Send Report Via select Email from the drop-down list

  4. Add the email of the instructor or VA you want to send the report to.

  5. Click Schedule.
