During the pandemic, Danny created an online salsa/bachata course to help people from anywhere around the globe to get access to quality training dance videos that no Youtube tutorials will be able to teach.

Dance Chemistry is a separate entity from Movers and Shakers Dance Academy. The entire website, including registration flow and the access to dance lessons, is built in Clickfunnel (with Stripe integration).

The only members with permission to access this are the manager and operations support.

Our Online Product Offerings

The entire Clickfunnel flow has been set up already. We'll only need to go back to Clickfunnel to access some info when:

a person emails us about access to the course they purchased;
a person emails us about refund.

Managing Cancellation/Refund Requests

Keep an eye on admin@dancechemistry.com, danny@dancechemistry.com, and support@dancechemistry.com in our Gmail (SS uses).
When a cancellation or refund request comes in, log into ClickFunnels.com.
Use the search bar to find the person by their email.
Remove any tags related to their subscription cancellation.
Notify the manager to cancel their subscription in Stripe. Use this sample message:

Hi @Claire, we received a Dance Chemistry subscription cancellation request today:
Juan Gambhira | gambhirah@yahoo.com - "I understand this subscription renews automatically, and I’d like to cancel. I don’t want to be charged for the next month. I’m still practicing, and it’s taking longer than expected, lol. – Juan"
Send the cancellation and/or refund confirmation to the student.
