Salsa

Jason decided to dive into salsa dancing as a way to challenge himself and try something completely new, especially since he'd never danced before. Salsa’s energy and style drew him in, and he’s been embracing the learning process ever since. At a friend’s wedding, he found himself unexpectedly breaking out some basic salsa steps, creating a fun and memorable moment. For Jason, salsa has been a great reminder that persistence and dedication make any skill achievable. As for the Movers and Shakers community, he gives it a perfect score, praising its welcoming vibe and supportive atmosphere.

1) What inspired you to take salsa lessons here in Los Angeles?

I have never danced in my life before. I wanted to try something different and challenge myself. Plus salsa looks so cool!

2) How do you deal with mistakes while learning to dance salsa?

It's part of the learning process.

3) What’s a time you found yourself unexpectedly dancing salsa in a unique or unusual place. Where were you, and how did it go down?

I did a few basic steps at my friends wedding lol.

4) In what ways has dancing salsa improved your life in general?

It reenforces the idea that everything can be learned through dedication and persistency.
