Helen’s enthusiasm for salsa dancing shines through her journey at Movers and Shakers. She loves the supportive and vibrant environment, where she’s embraced video reviews and Friday practices to sharpen her steps and techniques. A recent salsa party at the academy made her feel especially connected, as the event showcased the strong sense of community among fellow dancers.
