SOP for Updating Program Status (Lead/Follow) in Salsa/Bachata Programs

When slots are full for leads or follows, follow these steps:

• For Full Slots

  • Go to Wix, select Movers and Shakers site>edit site>home> and select the correct accordion.

  • If there are options in the program(e.g., Option 1 or 2), add "FULL" in red text after the option number.

    
    

• If no options are listed, create a "Status:" entry above "Program" in green text, and write "FULL" next to it.

• Indicate Partial Availability:

  • If only one role is full, specify availability like this: "Space for follows, full for leads" in red text. Refer to the same picture above.

• Do the same for Salsa and Bachata Classes pages, also make sure to update the Spanish (es) site.

• Update JotForm:

  • Access the "01 Registration MaS Enrollment" form and click edit.

  • Select the correct program and add the same text used on the website:

    • "(FULL)" for no slots available.

    • "(Space for follows, full for leads)" for partial availability.
