Managing staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Overseeing timeliness of payment to instructors, studios and other outside partners
Developing and managing budgets, monitoring revenues, and reducing costs while maintaining a high-quality experience for our students.
Collaborating with DK to launch and manage programs in strategic manner
Developing overall efficiency of processes and systems
Cutting costs where possible
