Change their Zoho email password
Change CRM password (if they have access)
Change passwords of other emails they might have access to
Remove from Wix, Weebly, and other website builders
Remove them from Trello as workspace member and guest
Remove from Whatsapp groups
Remove from Google Sheets and Documents
Remove from Dropbox
Remove from Signal groups
Remove from shared Google calendar
Everything they have access to (change passwords of all online tools)
Send their last pay
