Offboarding people

When a staff member expresses their intent to resign from their post, and leaves the company, manager is responsible for making sure they no longer have access to company-related accounts.

  1. Change their Zoho email password

  2. Change CRM password (if they have access)

  3. Change passwords of other emails they might have access to

  4. Remove from Wix, Weebly, and other website builders

  5. Remove from Whatsapp groups

  6. Remove from Google Sheets and Documents

  7. Remove from Dropbox

  8. Remove from Signal groups

  9. Remove from shared Google calendar

  10. Everything they have access to

  11. Send their last pay
