Is this a performance group?

No. We will focus on social dancing and foundational skills.

What if I miss a class?

A recording of the live session will be available for 7 days. After that it's gone! Don't hate us - this is designed to help you stay accountable and on track :)

What's the schedule?

Do I need a partner?

Yes, we recommend this. You're welcome to either split the cost of the enrollment and share a single login (but no more than two people please - everybody's gotta make a living!), or invite them to dance with you as a gift!

Do I need a mirror?

Sure! If it's available. This is NOT mandatory though. The only time in which we may be focused on the mirror is in the beginning of class when we do solo footwork. Other than that, everybody's focus is on themselves, their partners, and Danny & Nicole.

How can I learn if I'm not there?

Make sure you set appropriate expectations for the program. Clearly, since the class is virtual, we will not be able to physically correct you hands on. However, if you treat the class as if you were right there in the room with us, you'll have the best experience and get the best results. Since we DO have live students in the room with us, we constantly see what's going well and what we need to fix and we offer corrections as needed. When the instructors quiet everybody down to explain something, please also stop practicing and pay attention. Most (or all) of your questions will be answered through this process.

How much am I going to learn?

Enough to get you on the dance floor with some confidence!
