    Intro

    Welcome to the program! We’re looking forward to working with you to develop your skills step by step and make this a fulfilling and enjoyable experience. Please review this agreement and sign below to confirm that you've read and agree to the terms. This will help us succeed together as a team, so thank you very much!


    Program Details

    • I am enrolling in Danny Kalman & Nicole Gil’s bachata performance program.  
    • Rehearsals are planned to be held at Soho Dance LA.
    • Unless otherwise noted, rehearsals are scheduled to continue on a weekly basis on Thursdays from 8:30-10pm
    • The instructors reserve the right to edit class times and/or locations when, in their sole discretion, extenuating circumstances exist.
    • The majority of classes will have both instructors present. Occasionally, only one instructor or only an assistant may be present to lead rehearsals.
    • Missed rehearsals cannot be made up.


    Payment Details

    • I understand that payment shall be completed by the 3rd day of each calendar month  
    • Enrollment is a flat fee of $120 per month and with my enrollment I shall have access to all rehearsals for my particular team.  
    • I understand that payments are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable to other types of services or products.
    • Some calendar months may have 4 rehearsals and some may have 5. The enrollment fee covers 4 rehearsals, and on months with 5 rehearsals, the 5th rehearsal shall be considered a bonus class. 


    Media Release
    I consent to the photographing and video recording of myself and reproduction and/or use of these photographs and/or recordings in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for advertising, publicity, or other commercial purposes domestically and internationally in perpetuity. 


    I hereby release Daniel Kalman & Nicole Gil, and any of their associated or affiliated companies, their directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies, their directors, officers, agents and employees from all financial claims and claims of every kind on account of such use.
